Welcome to the Up the Score: Reloaded 3-Day Challenge and related programs hosted by Dime Docs Consulting Agency (the “Program”).
By registering for and participating in this experience, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Participation is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria stated during registration.
1.2 Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when enrolling.
1.3 This program is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Participate

2.1 Participants must follow all instructions listed on the official registration or event access page.
2.2 You agree to attend sessions on time, meet deadlines, and follow community standards throughout the Challenge and any VIP or Diamond sessions.
2.3 Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

3. Content & Submissions

3.1 By submitting any materials (testimonials, comments, videos, photos, or feedback) during the program, you grant Dime Docs Consulting Agency a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, or share this content for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes.
3.2 You retain ownership of your content but understand that your materials may be visible publicly or within private communities.
3.3 Submissions may be used in future training materials, case studies, or testimonials.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Professionalism is expected at all times. Treat fellow participants, staff, and speakers with respect.
4.2 The following behaviors will result in immediate removal without refund:

Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior

Copying or redistributing protected course materials

Misrepresentation, fraud, or disruption of the event or community
4.3 All participants must respect the intellectual property of Dime Docs Consulting Agency and its partners.

5. Bonuses & Offers

5.1 Any bonuses (digital downloads, resources, courses, private sessions, or replays) will be listed on your ticket purchase page or announced during the challenge.
5.2 Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
5.3 Participants are responsible for checking their email or private group for access links, replays, or delivery details.

6. Access, Replays & Platforms

6.1 Access levels vary based on your ticket type (General, VIP, or Diamond).
6.2 Content and communication may be delivered via third-party platforms (Zoom, Telegram, Skool, Facebook, etc.), and you must comply with each platform’s terms of use.
6.3 Dime Docs Consulting Agency reserves the right to move, update, or remove content at any time for maintenance or quality improvements.

7. Disqualification & Termination

7.1 Diamond Grant and the Dime Docs team reserve the right to remove any participant who:

Violates these Terms

Disrupts the learning experience

Attempts to copy, share, or sell protected materials
7.2 Participants removed for misconduct will lose all access to program content, replays, and bonuses, without refund.

8. Privacy & Data

8.1 By enrolling, you consent to receive event-related and promotional communications via email, SMS, or Telegram.
8.2 Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold.
8.3 Avoid sharing sensitive information (like passwords or financial data) in public chats or community spaces.

9. Modifications

9.1 Dime Docs Consulting Agency reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any part of the program as needed.
9.2 If major changes occur, participants will be notified via email or through official event communication channels.

10. Liability Disclaimer

10.1 By participating, you agree that you are joining at your own risk.
10.2 Dime Docs Consulting Agency is not liable for:

Technical issues, connectivity errors, or third-party platform outages

Missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or lost access links

Specific funding outcomes or guaranteed financial results

This program provides educational training, not legal or financial advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws.
11.2 Any disputes arising from participation will first be resolved through mediation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
